01The agreement
By installing or playing Legion Roads you agree to these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms of the store you downloaded the game from. If you do not agree, do not play. You must be at least thirteen years old, or the minimum age for digital services where you live if that is higher; if you are under eighteen, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. “We” means the developer of Legion Roads, reachable at [email protected].
02Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Legion Roads on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music, maps, names and code remain ours. You may record and stream your matches and use screenshots to talk about the game; you may not sell the game, its assets or access to its servers, or use them to build something that competes with it.
03Profiles and progress
The game creates a guest profile for you on first launch. Linking Google Play Games ties that profile to your Google account, so you can carry it to a new phone; you are responsible for keeping that account secure. A guest profile that is not linked lives only behind a token on your phone: if the game is uninstalled or its storage cleared, we cannot restore it. One person, one profile: playing several to farm ratings or rewards is a fair-play breach.
You may delete your profile at any time in the game (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by writing to us, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion removes progress, armory, ratings and any unspent gold or gems, without refund.
04Gold, gems and chests
Gold and gems are virtual items with no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between profiles or sold. We may change what they buy, how fast they are earned and what chests contain, and we will try to announce material changes in advance. Chest contents are drawn by chance; the odds depend on the chest’s tier and never on who opens it.
05Buying gold and gems
Purchases are made through Google Play under its terms. The store charges you, collects any tax and holds your payment details; we receive an order reference and grant the goods, usually within seconds. If a purchase does not appear, restart the game, then write to us with the store order number and we will put it right.
Prices are shown in your store currency before you confirm and may differ between countries and over time.
06Refunds
Refund requests go first to the store: Google Play offers refunds under its own rules and can reverse a charge directly. If the store refuses and you believe the purchase was made in error, was charged twice or was never delivered, write to us within fourteen days with the order number; we will refund or grant the goods where the store’s tools let us.
Gold or gems that have already been spent are consumed and cannot be refunded. A refund removes the currency it paid for; if that leaves a balance below zero, chests opened with it may be reversed. Refunds obtained by deceiving a store are treated as a fair-play breach.
- Accidental purchase, unspent: refund through the store, or from us if the store refuses.
- Purchase not delivered: we grant the goods or refund, whichever you prefer.
- Currency already spent: not refundable.
- Profile deleted or banned: unspent currency is forfeited.
07Fair play
Legion Roads is a game of quick hands and good decisions, and the ladder is only worth something if everyone plays the same game. The server replays every finished match and counts the replay’s result, never a phone’s claim: a player whose game disagrees with the replay forfeits, and a match where neither agrees is voided and moves no rating. Beyond that, the following are prohibited:
- Modified clients, memory editing, bots, macros or anything that sends commands a player did not make with their own hands.
- Exploiting a bug for rating, currency or chests instead of reporting it to us.
- Deliberately disconnecting, stalling or colluding with an opponent to fix a result.
- Running more than one profile, or buying, selling or sharing profiles.
- Display names that impersonate others or contain hateful, sexual or harassing content.
08Enforcement
We may reset ratings, remove currency or items gained unfairly, void matches, rename or suspend profiles and permanently ban them, in proportion to the breach. Serious cases (cheating tools, profile trading, harassment) are banned on first offence. If you believe an action was taken in error, write to us within thirty days with your display name; we review every appeal and answer in writing. Store purchases on a banned profile are not refunded.
09Conduct toward other players
Ranked play pairs you with a stranger. Treat them as you would across a table: play the match out, or surrender cleanly. Report players who break these rules by e-mail, with the match time and opponent name; reports are checked against the match record, not taken on their own.
10Ads in the game
The daily tribute chest opens after a rewarded video ad served by Google AdMob. Ads are opt-in: nothing plays unless you press the button, no other placement shows ads, and no ad ever plays inside a match. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form appears before the first ad; you can decline personalised ads and still receive non-personalised ones, and change or withdraw that choice later from Ad privacy on the game’s Settings screen.
12General terms
The game is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be available at all times or free of bugs; we may change, suspend or retire features and servers, and will give reasonable notice before retiring the game entirely. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim; nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the law of the developer’s country of residence and any dispute goes to its courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the game before they apply. Questions go to [email protected].
